The Registration Fee includes:

• rent of rooms and other facilities at conference venue,
• meeting at the airport, airport transfers to/from hotels,
• printing of Conference materials,
• participants’ kits (bag, electronic abstract book, list of participants, program and other info materials),
• Welcome Reception on 21.08.2023,
• coffee/tea breaks and refreshments on 21-25.08.2023,
• organizational expenses (LOC and additional expenses),
• electronic copy of IAU S365 Proceedings Book.
